I was privileged to be one of the original team supporting Reb Aaron Kramer שליט"א in his visionary plan to make Leeds a true מקום תורה by setting up a Kolel there

 Naturally, I signed up to the first Yom Hashas some 8 years ago, undertaking to learn the first 10 blatt in מסכת עבודה זרה, alongside hundreds of other Lomdim, and together we finished shas in one day

I have since participated every single year (including a unique, remote yom hashas during Covid) working my way through another 8-10 blatt of ע"ז each year

Last year I completed מסכת ע"ז and this coming Sunday alongside the other Lomdim I will be starting a new מסכת and completing shas, once again, together with all the other lomdim
